The town of Port Gamble, framed by the Olympic Mountains

If you care about the future of Port Gamble, please plan to attend the public open house Wednesday, June 27, at the Kingston Middle School. It will be an opportunity to learn about the Port Gamble Redevelopment Master Plan as well as the ongoing environmental clean-up in and around Gamble Bay. There also will be an update from the Kitsap Forest and Bay Project, a coalition of organizations working to raise money to purchase the north Kitsap timber lands located south of the town of Port Gamble. These are critical times for the project. Your ideas and feedback are very important to ensure that the project incorporates input from across the entire community. Don’t miss this opportunity to participate in the future of Port Gamble. The doors open at 6 p.m. and the presentation begins at 6:30 p.m. We look forward to seeing you there.
